“At this time I have 15 sites with Acclima controllers on them. I spend about 10% of the time that I do on other ET controller sites "tweaking" the programming or replacing hardware. This translates into major savings to me as it is difficult to recover the time and money spent on fixing problems. Customers pay a premium to have this technology installed and they do not want to be "nickeled and dimed" with extras and bothered with ongoing problems. Once the Acclima controllers have been dialed in, they require minimal supervision. I rarely make any additional changes unless there have been significant changes in the landscape.”
