SHIPPING

All orders are shipped UPS Ground free of charge.  For expedited shipping usual shipping rates will apply.  MoistureGreen may, on occasion, elect to use other carriers such as FEDEX Ground or USPS at its discretion free of charge to the purchaser. 

RETURNS

If the merchandise is defective or shipped to the purchaser in error, then such merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the merchandise.  The purchaser is responsible for the freight charges to return the merchandise. Email admin@moisturegreen.com to arrange for the return of merchandise. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the merchandise paid less a 25 % handling charge. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser’s payment method.
